About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in modern web development and Web3 technologies. In this role, you will design and develop scalable applications that integrate cloud infrastructure, APIs, and decentralized blockchain systems.

You will contribute to building robust platforms that support real-time interactions, blockchain integrations, smart contract connectivity, and high-performance web interfaces.

This position provides an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including decentralized applications (dApps), modern frontend frameworks, distributed infrastructure, and developer-focused tools.

Cursor AI proficiency is a requirement for this role. We use Cursor AI as our primary development environment across the engineering team to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and ship faster. Candidates must be comfortable using AI-assisted coding workflows day-to-day.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js
• Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Go
• Experience working with Web3 technologies, including smart contracts and blockchain APIs
• Familiarity with Solidity, Ethereum, or other blockchain ecosystems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservice architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable deployment architectures
• Experience designing secure and reliable backend services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Cursor AI — required; must have hands-on experience using Cursor AI in a professional or personal development workflow

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience building decentralized applications (dApps)
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js or web3.js
• Experience with smart contract development and auditing
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience building high-performance data-driven dashboards or analytics platforms
• Familiarity with WebGL, real-time streaming data, or distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications integrating frontend interfaces, backend services, and blockchain systems
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services supporting high-volume data processing
• Develop and integrate Web3 functionality, including smart contract interactions and decentralized authentication
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences
• Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and network layers
• Implement secure coding practices and maintain reliable infrastructure
• Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to platform scalability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in Web3, distributed systems, and modern web development
• Work closely with a small team to rapidly iterate and deliver impactful products
